Ashy Basketball Club will be holding its
Annual General Meeting on
Monday 9th November 2020 at 8:00pm over Zoom (online)
All members are invited to attend the Ashy Basketball Club Inc. Annual General Meeting. Given the current COVID-19 restrictions, this year’s AGM will be held online over Zoom. All members (parents of registered players and registered players) are entitled to attend and vote for next year’s committee members.
We encourage all members to consider nominating themselves for a committee position. Ashy Basketball Club is a community club and it can’t function without your help! No experience is necessary so please consider volunteering a few hours a month to keep our Club running. Information on committee positions can be found here.

Nominate for committee positions
A nomination form can be completed at the time of submitting your RSVP. If there are any questions about the nomination process or the committee roles, please email the Ashy Club Secretary. RSVP/nomination forms must be completed by no later than 4.00pm on Friday 6 November 2020.
If only one nomination is received for any vacancy to be filled, the person nominated shall be deemed to be elected. If no nomination is received for any vacancy, nominations may be called for at the AGM.
